  • Direct one-on-one, pediatric physical therapy, in the comfort of your home, in your preferred park, in your child’s school (select locations), and in a local family owned gym (Gas House).

    We provide treatment for any children, of any ability, and any age.

  • At Redefine I treat children ages 0-21

    Services take place in your home, in a community location agreed upon, in select schools, and in Gas House Gym in the Spokane Valley.

    To get started, go to the schedule section and click the booking link which takes you to the online scheduling site.

    From there, select either a telehealth consult, or an in home initial evaluation. It will show availability but you will be required to contact me from there to ensure adequate drive time to each location.

  • Redefine is private pay and is out of network with insurance companies. This allows us to provide highly personalized and flexible care without limitations. After each visit you are able to receive a superbill upon request for reimbursement purposes.

    What percentage is reimbursed?

    Do I need a physician referral?

  • Yes, we do offer superbills.

    A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. While Redefine is an out-of-network provider, many families are able to receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.

  • Yes! You can use HSA/FSA as long as your child is being seen for a medically necessary service. If you are unsure whether the service being provided is “medically necessary”, discuss this with your physical therapist.

  • Short answer: No, BUT I am a collaborative therapist and I prefer open communication with your child’s provider to ensure the most appropriate care for your child. Referrals are preferred but not necessary for treatment.

  • How long are sessions?

    we have both 30 minute and 60 minute options for sessions with different prices for each.

    How often will they need therapy?

    That is determined at the initial evaluation. I am happy to support anywhere from consultative, to monthly to 2-3x weekly.

    What areas do you serve?

    Spokane South Hill, Eagle Ridge, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake

    Is there a travel fee?

    Not in the areas listed above and in most local areas in Spokane county. If you live outside of the areas listed above, please contact to discuss. Rural areas MAY BE subject to travel fee.

  • I have been practicing in Pediatrics since August of 2018. I have extensive experience with ESIT and the birth to 3 program, working with infants and toddlers.
