While Pediatric Physical Therapy is usually for children birth -18 year of age, at Redefine transitional care is important too. We treat patients up to 22 years of age.

We will talk through your questions, determine whether and evaluation may be beneficial and help guide you toward the best next steps - without any obligation.

In Person 30-45 minutes.
A developmental check in to see how your child is growing, moving, playing and learning compared to age-appropriate milestones. We will discuss your concerns, celebrate strengths, identify any areas that may benefit from extra support, and provide individualized recommendations to help your child thrive.

This is a telehealth milestones consultation, the same assessment as above, just via telehealth platform.

If you would like services from Redefine and live outside of Spokane County, call to discuss. Travel fees may apply for more rural locations. For patients who may live in areas outside of range, Gas House gym is available for an on site location to reduce incidence of travel fees.

The initial evaluation is 60 minutes, in home, in Gas House Gym, or in a location of your choosing.
With the Initial evaluation, you get a thorough comprehensive evaluation of your child in which the therapist will perform data collection, diagnosis, discussion of treatment options, formation of treatment plan, goal setting, prognosis, initiation of home exercise program and discussion of follow up care.

1:1 personalized pediatric physical therapy delivered in the home. Sessions are customized to your child’s needs and may address developmental milestones, gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, adaptive equipment needs or participation in everyday activities. Families receive hands-on coaching and practical strategies to support success beyond the session.

Ideal for established clients working toward specific goals who require shorter treatment sessions. Includes hands-on intervention, progress monitoring, and caregiver coaching to support continued development between visits.
These sessions can be helpful for younger children, children with shorter attention spans, children who fatigue more easily, or utilized for maintenance.

Parent Coaching – $75
Get expert guidance without committing to a full evaluation. This 30-minute in-home coaching session is perfect for parents with questions about milestones, movement, or development. You'll leave with individualized recommendations and simple activities you can incorporate into everyday routines to help your child reach their next milestone.

If your child attends Woodland Montessori, please contact for booking.
Treatment days occur on Wednesdays at the school. Please refer to the school handout attached to your newsletter for more information on pricing.
